Error W:8:80090305

I haven't been able to log into the game because of this and I just want to play after a long day. Ive tried restarting steam and clearing my download cache on steam. I see a lot of people saying it worked once they turned an anti virus app off, but I dont have that and frankly I don't really want to disable my windows defender. Please if anybody can help, give a brother a hand.
