Missing Textures on Rx 5xx Series GPUs and Ryzen 5 5xxxx APUs
Same issue from server slam and previous tests, AMD Drivers 23.8.2 and earlier solve the issue at the cost of making other games unplayable due to the age of the drivers. This issue is most likely caused by the Anti-Lag+ feature AMD introduced on drivers newer than 23.8.2, as disabling the feature on a Ryzen 5 5600U APU fixed the issue at the cost of input latency. Hoping this information helps with fixing!

Note that disabling anti-lag+ ONLY fixed the issue on the APU, as disabling it while testing on an RX580 caused no change.
FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS A FIX:
Unfortunately for right now the only fix it to use old drivers. What is working for me and lots of other RX500 series users is driver 23.8.1. Bungie Support would greatly appreciate it if we get some sort of input on this!
