Will there be a singapore server during full launch?

As you are selling the game in South Asia and SEA region, singapore server is critical and exists in every single multiplayer game. I heard that singapore server was not there during the server slam. Will it be available during launch? I want to decide whether to buy. Without a singapore server, it is pointless.
