Exfil can be broken by items?
I activated an exfil and put 2 claymores in its circle and also 2 smoke grenades. It span around a bit but it never extracted. It didn't do the big blue forcefield/teleporting effect. It just disabled itself eventually.
I'm mistersmellies on steam/in game.
