Named changed to redacted and Bungie said they couldn't help me
I downloaded and tried out the Marathon server slam this weekend, but when I logged in, it changed my Bungie name to a redacted name. My name had been Comrade Meat Man for years before this, and I can't change it back on bungie.com. I saw a similar post where Bungie said to submit a help form, so I did that, but I am still being told that Bungie can't help me. All I want is to switch my name back to what it was or something new if the name I had for years is a problem now for some reason.

Unfortunately, if you don't have any name change token left, you will need to wait until we provide a name change token again in the future.
