Missed the Last Exfil ... Only for it to spawn in "Lockout Zone"

As title says, missed the last exfil after battling another team of runners. When the exfil disappeared, another one spawned. Quickly realized that it was not accessible (unless I dont know of a mechanic to survive lockout zones...?). Surely exfils aren't supposed to spawn in the lockout zones?

    We understand that an exfil spawned in a lockout zone. This does seem odd to us. So we can effectively investigate what may have caused this, please share the following details with us when possible:

    • Your Bungie Account Name. Please ensure to include the four digits following the #.
    • The platform you play on.
    • The approximate date and time upon which you experienced this.
    • Any steps which reproduce this apart from what you describe. For instance, have you experienced this before in this same level?

    Once we have these additional details, we will review and investigate further.
