Cant Aim or Run

Description of Issue: I always get a bug where I can't aim out and can't run and sometimes I can't aim only.
Rough Date and Time of issue: 2/28/2026
Repro steps: It's like I pick up something and it aims in and it wont let me run or aim, and other times I just spawn with it.
