Infinite ammo crates bug

When you use a ammo crate and rapidly change your consumable to another one the ammo crate doesnt get consumed.
I tried this in two different matches.

    Also i tried it again. It works with every single consumable. Fake loot crates/grenades/ammo crates etc.
