gpu utilization

My gpu is not being utilized while game is running. it makes me think that my game is running off integrated graphics, ive changed settings in, nvidia app, nvidia control panel, windows graphics settings and game settings. ive changed the preformance in windowed games setting and everything. I cannot for the life of me figure this out
