Pre Order Bonus not coming through
I pre ordered Marathon Delux Edition after playing the beta and was assuming the bonuses would come out with the full release of the game, However my friend also pre ordered yet he has the skins and I've seen others during matches with the skins too? Is there a issue stopping the skins coming through to my account?

The pre-order bonuses are not available in the server slam and will be available with the full release of the game on march 5.
so, after the release, i too didn't get it. And i did preorder

I also have not recieved my pre order bonus. I pre ordered the deluxe edition and don’t have any of the items or the rewards pass and currency

Same here. I have access to the base game but have not got any deluxe edition content or pre order bonuses/twitch drops applied to my account yet.
I was informed that they mentioned there would be a delay but i cant confirm how true this is.
Thankfully being able to play the game is great. Seems like an issue that is likely fixable even though slightly annoying but I am overall happy that the game is playable at the moment. Fingers crossed the issue doesn't persist for a while
I also pre ordered. I got the collector's edition. I also didn't receive any of my pre order items yet as well as the server slam rewards and dome of the twitch drops. Hope we get a fix soon.
yup dint get my twitch drops or my deluxe edition stuff...
it's weird bc I did get my zero point rewards (whatever the collectors edition emblem and card is called) but nothing else
I pre ordered and bought the deluxe version also didn't get my pre order bonuses, deluxe skin's, season pass and none of my silk point's from the beta or deluxe bundle
