No audio made by external sources, only by me

As the title said, no audio can be heard except those made by me; shooting, footsteps, looting, and abilities. All other sounds made by players or environment cannot be heard. Correct audio input, ran other games and audio was fine, cleared cache and re-downloaded game twice, audio drivers up to date, Windows also updated.
