Voicechat may be bugged or turned off initially
Both of my friends and I couldnt get prox chat until we toggled it and then reset the game. That seemed to fix it. Im seeing a lot of people complaining that no one is talking.. it may just be not working for them.

are you on PC or console? I havent been able to get it to work on PC all day :(
I have the issue in parties with mixed pc and console.
