I was in a run at bio research and died by a team. My bag was under the map. My team revived me and I was glitch under bio research and couldn't get out.

I made it to the last exfil with 1 second left on outpost and it killed me and I lost all my loot. I don't know if it is a bug but I had good blue loot.
