I'm stuck above a case on dire march and i cannot move and i will lose all my stuff included a prestige mod, I have picture to prove it, can it be possible to have refund of them

My GPU is 4070ti and CPU is Ryzen 9 5900x and I don't go above 55fps even in low. If i put all my game in max or low i have the same performance
