    Now I tried reopening obs and I noticed I still had a game capture for marathon (have to use screen cap cuz it wouldn't cap the game) and now even with obs running on screen cap the menu works fine...

    I actually just discovered OBS causing this same issue. As soon as I stopped streaming it worked fine

    I have a similar issue where my cursor either vanishes or won't click or work. I can press escape and the rest of the game works bunch just my cursor ...usability for lack of a better term just goe...
