After a quick debug session with the chat, it looks like disabling the audio enhancement works for me. No more audio stuttering.Redacted4835 Check this fix out, maybe it works for you as well.

It is also happening to me. I noticed that after opening the game once inside Volume Mixer, the game creates an infinite amount of Apps.
