Hi!I can confirm this challenge does not indeed work. I've revived both of my teammates twice with Reboot+, and I have hit a teammate and an enemy with Reboot+ today and it also didn't count. Sucks...

Happening to me too. Occurs when I restart the game. The fix is re-equipping the knife in the menu, but that's annoying
