Cryo OOB Glitch for Thief

- Description of Issue - Looks like there is an OOB glitch Thief can get to with Grapple, then use their drone to loot through floors. Makes Ranked pretty trivial.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM ish Pacific? Late night 9/21 into early morning 9/22.
- Repro steps - No clue, just happened to spectate it randomly after my team was wiped
