Inventory, skins and lobby assets fail to load after switching tabs

I’m experiencing an issue where, after switching between tabs/menus, some objects and assets fail to load.

Only assets that were already cached are displayed correctly. Any other items that need to be loaded appear completely black or do not render at all. This can happen in the inventory, skins/cosmetics menus, lobby, and other UI screens.

It seems as if the game is not properly requesting or loading the assets that are not already in the cache. The issue usually occurs after switching tabs or moving between different menus.

The affected items remain black instead of displaying their models/textures, while previously loaded/cached items continue to display normally.

We understand assets are failing to load when you switch between tabs when playing Marathon. This does sound odd to us. By any chance, does reinstalling Marathon resolve this?

- Does this issue persist once you switch between tabs, or eventually clear up in the same session of play?
- To clarify, are you on Steam? Or another platform?
- The date you first noticed this issue on.
