Issue 1: Unable to untrack items in Armory and Vault

Description:
Pressing the L3 button to track an item in the Armory or Vault works as intended. However, pressing it again does not untrack the item. Once tracked, it becomes impossible to remove the tracking status from this screen.
Issue 2: Unable to untrack items via Game Menu & Item Duplication Bug

Description:
Tracked items can be viewed in the tracked item list within the bottom-right Game Menu, but untracking them from this screen also fails.

Additional Bug:
Attempting to untrack an item from this menu causes the item to duplicate in the tracked list instead of being removed.

Example: If a "Blue Shield" is currently tracked, pressing the untrack button will not remove it; instead, a second "Blue Shield" appears, resulting in two identical tracked items displayed on the screen.
