Missing Compiler Runner Skin After Successful Exfil
Hello Bungie Support,
I would like to report a missing Compiler Runner Skin reward.
My squad successfully defeated the Compiler and I personally damaged the Compiler during its vulnerable phase. We successfully extracted after the encounter, but I did not receive the Runner Skin.
Details:
- Platform: Xbox Series S
- Bungie ID: MacSaintBlack#3991
- Approximate date and time of the exfil: July 11, 2026, 7:50 AM BRT (UTC−3)
- We successfully defeated the Compiler.
- I successfully exfilled.
- This encounter involved another crew in addition to ours.
- I personally dealt damage to the Compiler during the vulnerable phase.
- The Runner Skin was not unlocked.
- Please investigate whether my account can be granted the missing reward.
