Cryo exfil did not work
We tried 1 normal exfill and the final, both did not exfill us, ended up dying to the timer. I would like my stuff to be Givin back. Copying a link to photo

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.
