Gear Refund process
You guys responded to my post, but Im confused as to how im suposed to resolve this. Will the server crash at 2:59 am count so I can get a refund? again I did not get a refund in game yet so I expect one soon, but am just confused on how to get it.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We're sorry to hear that you lost your gear while playing the game.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
