Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with avoiding the laser wires. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.
Thank you for looking into this.
I would say that personally I find this change to be really frustrating - even touching a laser during the very tail end of a slide will cause it to go off, a complete reversal from last season where you could easily dodge under the lasers using a slide.
It would be great to have clarity on whether or not this change was intentional.
