Paprika W:8:00002Ef1:C1
I played maybe 7 or 8 rounds of Sponsored Night Marsh just fine, then all of a sudden we get stuck loading in and hit Basil errors. Try perimeter same issue. We all restart our machines and now I'm in a wall of Paprika errors trying to log in.
No issues connecting to other games including D2.
ISP is Spectrum.

Hello there,
Thanks for the detailed report.
What you’re describing lines up with the known behavior of these two errors: Paprika is the version that happens during sign-in, while Basil is the same underlying issue showing up when the game is trying to load you into a match. Both are tied to the client failing to download one or more Marathon configuration/direct settings files over HTTP.
We’ve also seen reports of the extra W:8:00002EF1 string appearing alongside Paprika/Basil, so that additional code is already something that has been getting tracked with these cases.
The fact that other games, including Destiny 2, are working does not necessarily rule this out, because this error path is specifically about Marathon reaching and pulling down its own config files rather than a general “all games are offline” type of failure.
Make sure Marathon is fully allowed through Windows Defender / Firewall
I'm playing on Xbox Series X, so I don't have a Windows Defender or Firewall that I can configure.
