Players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) were sent 7 Sponsored Kits, split into two messages. If they haven't arrived yet, unfortunately it would appear this account did not play during the affected window.
I did play during that time! It was a terrible experience and I lost a lot of loot. Even after exfiling. This is so unfair!
