Issue Logging Into marathon.bungiestore.com
- Bungie Account Name - Primrose, Dire Pathfinder#1738
- Platform - Steam & Xbox Series X
- Description of Issue - When prompted to log into the site, the website correctly identifies my account. When I approve the login, however, it takes me back to the store page and simply states: "Email" is not a valid email address.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - This issue occurs at any point in time where I attempt to log in, but I first attempted on 6/2/26.
- Repro steps - To reproduce, attempt to log into marathon.bungiestore.com and approve your identity when prompted.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues logging in to the Bungie Store after verifying your identity. This may happen if your email address is used on another Bungie account. Could you first check if your email address is in use on a different account, and try changing your login email?

Thank you for your reply. I double checked and appear to only have one email registered with the site. I'm able to log into the normal bungiestore.com site/address. However, when I am routed to the Marathon section of the store to look at preorder rewards, I am logged out and prompted to log back in. Sadly I'm not provided with a specific error code. The attached image is my only feedback.
