Stuck at contract loading screen

Exactly what title says. Crew was matchmade, we could talk, but the contracts wouldn't load. I had to alt+f4 and was asked if I wanted to reconnect or return to lobby, but reconnect always reloaded that screen. Eventually I had to choose lobby and lost the good loadout I had. This happened once before when I had a kit, but I lost nothing when I alt+f4.
