My purple free kit for hitting level 75 last season disappeared as I loaded into a run and it kicked me out I want my kit back

Will I get my loot back
Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
