I hit level 76 but did not receive the level 75 kit from reset

For our investigation, could you kindly let us know when you reached level 75? Also, please consider recording a video or screenshot of the issue, specifically showing where you would normally claim the kit via the Codex. If you record footage or screenshots, you can upload them to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and link us to them here. We'll then investigate.
