Completed cryo vault 6 and the AI subroutine didn't spawn even though they were supposed to be fixed
Our team completed cryo vault 6 the day before the season reset but the subroutine didn't spawn in the loot room, even though the subroutine spawns were supposedly fixed. This really sucks because after 200 hours in the first season, I only found the red vault 6 key first time days before the reset. We had an epic run, ran into trouble multiple times, managed to wipe a few teams and raced against the clock to complete the vault minutes before the timer ran down and even found the final exfil in time. Only to find out we did not get the final subroutine in our codex.
This is really unacceptable and I expect Bungie to grant the subroutine to our accounts. Every other vault has had 100% spawn rate on the subroutines after they were fixed, but the rarest key of them all doesn't spawn it.

By any chance, did you happen to record a videoclip of this incident? If you did, then please consider uploading that clip to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and linking us to it here. I do not have a video clip of the incident (or screenshots, because we had so little time left) as I never record the games I play. I also don't think anyone from the team has a video of it either.
You can check the game from your database though.
