Group Compiler Kill not awarded

Hello! Me and 10 other runners just completed cryo archive. All of us shot at the boss and did various tasks throughout the run, and afterwards when we successfully exfilled, I noticed I was not awarded the skin. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time this happened
- Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
- Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
- Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
- What is the Bungie ID of your friend who did get the rewards?
- Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?
You can upload your screenshots, or any video footage you recorded, to a public video hosting site like YouTube or Imgur. Then, you can post the link here and we’ll be happy to take a look.

Platform: PS5
Date/Time: 6/2 11:45 EST

Another crew started the encounter, but we loaded up the batteries before the compiler encounter and did various other tasks

Yes, I personally hit the center of the compilers weak spot

No I do not have screenshots of me doing so

No I could not find the players names as the season has recently reset!

I am missing the skin AND the codex
