Did not receive Assassin runner skin for killing Compiler
At first I thought the skin was not granted for Assassin as my team did not land the killing blow on Compiler (we were able to convince 2 other squads to be friendly and take it on together). But then I found out my teammate did get the Compiler skin, so I should have gotten it as well but the codex entry says 0/1. I did do damage to the Compiler.
Run was approximately 2-3 weeks ago, on a Saturday. Only found out my teammate got it recently. Bungie ID is Concordia Kitsune#3471. Teammate who got the skin is Tau Ceti District Attorney#0948. Platform: PS5. Time was around 4:00-5:00pm EST.

I would very much like to have the Compiler skin for Assassin and codex entry for it properly updated. :) Thanks!

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the rewards you expected from defeating the Compiler. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the issue further.
There are posts in the discord in March about this happening with no response. Why should we believe that now, the day before the season resets, they are going to fix this?
The more I have looked into it, the more I realize getting our skins / codex completion is extremely unlikely at this point, which is very disappointing.
I'll just uninstall for the time-being since it doesn't seem to be a priority.
