Compiler Skin and Codex Entries Not Unlocked

Loaded into a match with a DNA access key, ran into friendly teams and all worked together to kill the compiler. My DNA access key was used for every step of the process, I dealt damage to the compiler's weak spot as shown in the video, and I managed to exfil, yet I did not receive any of the related codex entries.
Neither of my teammates received any either, even though as seen in the video we all dealt damage, and it was our DNA access key that was used during all steps. Their names were:

After further investigation, we were able to verify your completion (along with your teammates) and have credited them the missing Runner Shell Style(s) to your accounts! As you've unlocked the skin for this Runner Shell in a future run, no modifications were needed. Unfortunately, this manual fix does not complete the related Codex entries so additional runs would be required to complete missing Codex challenges.
