Key Room Doors not able to interact, can only go through sliding

Location: Greenhouse lab
Hello, today I was trying to get to the greenhouse lab in Dire Marsh and when I got there the doors were closed and the buttons looked black. Me and a teammate couldnt go in, but for our third the doors were open and we could see him clipping through. I tried to slide through the door and it worked to get through. I have a clip of the whole situation so I can share if needed.
