Marathon : Cryo Map High altitude camping spot.

Description of Issue - There is an unreachable high-altitude location where players can camp safely. ult-drones across the entire map. Grenades can't reach it, making counter play impossible. this specific spot be changed into a restricted area with the 5-second out-of-bounds warning timer?
Rough Date and Time of issue - Available anytime on the Cyro map with 3 Thief characters.
Repro steps - spot is located by use Thief zipline up to the steel beams from the topmost balcony of BIOSTOCK. (Image below: https://imgur.com/nrlhDFs )
