Everything gone due to your server maintenance?
Went into ranked Cryo with a team all gold kitted, gold Mariah/bully/shield implants ect. We were in the exfil animation with even more of these items as we had wiped the lobby, server explodes due to your maintenance. When servers finally back up it says results not finalized and everything is taken INCLUDING the items we loaded in with?!?!

We're sorry to hear that you lost your gear following the server interruption and maintenance while in the middle of an exfil.
Please know that Marathon recently underwent maintenance. Which may have contributed to the "results not finalized" behavior you encountered afterward. For future reference, we recommend consulting our Server and Update Status page for updates regarding ongoing maintenance or server issues.
Regarding lost items, support is not able to manually restore any lost items or progress. In cases where a qualifying server-side error occurs, any item recovery is handled automatically by the game systems.
