Got stuck after being killed by a rook in Quarantine

We were looting quarantine morgue I heard footsteps got downed by a rook and died after climbing the ladder out of quarantine morgue. When my friends revived me I was stuck behind the ladder and could not crawl out even after downing myself with a grenade or try to jump out while full health. I dont care if my gear gets refunded or whatever since the season is so closed to ending just wanted to let you all know!
