Cryo Compiler Stuck and have no damage

- Description of Issue - Compiler glitched when we fight him. He stuck in phase with open cloak on one place and did not move or get any damage
- Rough Date and Time of issue - May 16, 2026, 14:15 EST or 22:15 MSK
