Codex Entries unlocked but not counting towards total

Description of Issue - I have unlocked all codex entries in the "loot" category but the total amount does not reflect correctly.
Rough Date and Time of issue -Not sure
Repro steps - I thought that unlocking everything would work but it didnt

Hi there,
Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Seconding this with more examples
1. World > Threats
• Total says 20/21
• Total between subcategories is 21 [UESC (17), Tau Ceti Flora and Fauna (1), and Unknown Origin (3)]
• All of these are completed for me, so in this case something is just not registering toward the total
2. World > Activities
• Total says 15/20
• Total between subcategories is ONLY 15, not 20 [New Cascadia Colony (5), UESC (10)]
• In this case, the total showing is +5 more than the actual total amount of challenges
3. Loot > Cradle
• Total says 21/15
• Total between subcategories is 21, not 15 [Orientation (4), Mastery (10), Prestige (7)]
• In this case, the total showing is -6 less than the actual total amount of challenges
