Compiler kill, no skin or charm reward.
5/9/2026 around 11:40 EST we killed compiler and extracted. My squadmate got the skin and the charm, I did not receive either. Is this a bug? is there another factor?

5/24/26 at around 4:30pm had the same thing happen. Two of my squad mates got all the rewards and code completions but I got nothing. Even got the ganglion for proof of completion
