Exfilled after compiler, no skin granted
Brough DNA card, ran quest chain, entered with another 3 man group met organically, killed compiler, took gangleon, not granted skin.
Possible that the other team got credit, but my teammate did get their skin. Possible that I didnt shoot it but I have the VOD that shows hitmarkers on his cape open.

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
Also did not unlock the cryologist codex entries,did unlock gangleon barter

Mentioned in the other thread, but I also ran into this issue. Exfil'd with both the gun and the Ganglion, 100% shot the Compiler a bunch with a Gold LMG.
