My friend is lacking in Free Kits
My friend isn't getting a free Seikiguchi kit, and instead is only receiving the 15 free kits from CyberAcme (Mine is Traxus)

If this happens again, please have your friend use their platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue they're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with their Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.
They're currently on a trip but they did send me the screenshots, and I have screenshots that were taken at the same time, since youtube doesn't allow photos uploaded would there be a way to send/email those to you guys?
You should be able to attach screenshots to your message here, but if not, a free image-hosting site like imgur would work best.
