My purchase disappeared. I bought the first free one and it just vanished. Can you look into this.

Double‑check your inventory/locker for any new keys/templates or related unlocks (sometimes these are consumed on use rather than staying as an item).
Confirm whether you purchased it on the same platform/account you’re currently playing on.
If the key is still missing, please reply with:
Your Bungie account name
Platform (Steam, PS5, Xbox, etc.)
Rough date/time of the purchase and what you were doing right after you bought it
The key is still missing. This was the free purple key for first purchase.
