Codex: Hammer/Anvil - Not completing
Based on the other threads about this issue and the responses, I believe I've tried every permutation laid out by support for completing this Codex entry.
I've completed multiple attempts, with the most recent being this exact order of actions:
Down runner with punch -> final blow runner with punch -> down runner with frag grenade -> final blow runner with frag grenade.
Have completed it naturally, as well as with a friendly trio who were willing to help. No luck, even when explicitly completing actions listed by support in the other threads on this issue.

For the Hammer/Anvil Codex challenge, the tracking is a bit stricter than the wording suggests. It needs, in a single run:
One Runner killed entirely by melee damage (no finisher, no grenade, no bullets finishing them off), and
A different Runner killed entirely by a grenade (no bullets or melee touching them after the nade connects).
Doing a punch into a grenade on the same Runner, or mixing weapon damage into either of those kills, won’t count for this specific entry. If you’re confident you’ve got two clean, separate Runner kills that meet those conditions in one run and it still isn’t progressing, the next best step is to grab a clip and include your platform, Bungie name, and approximate time of the run so support can escalate it as a potential live bug on your account rather than just a wording issue.
