Thermal vs Smoke (Nitrogen based Smoke Graned)
Problem:Currently, thermal optics provide a significant advantage in low-visibility situations, with limited effective counterplay options available to players.
Proposal:Introduce a new type of smoke grenade utilizing nitrogen-based gas (or similar concept), designed to disrupt thermal imaging.
Expected Behavior:
The smoke cloud blocks or significantly reduces visibility through thermal scopes.
Runners inside the smoke are not highlighted or detectable via thermal optics.
Standard visual visibility (non-thermal) remains consistent with existing smoke behavior.
Gameplay Impact:
Creates a direct counter to thermal optics.
Encourages more tactical positioning and timing.
Reduces dominance of thermal-based loadouts in mid- to long-range engagements.
