Codex High-end Heist not completing
Hi there,
Codex entry High-End Heist under: career, titles, graverobber is not completing after unlocking multiple prestige vaults on cryo. I have personally unlocked Vault 03 and Vault 05 with the required keys and have not received the codex entry.

If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
A few things to double-check:
Correct Codex location
The entry lives at Codex → Career → Titles → Graverobber → High-End Heist (third challenge in that title line).
It will not show or update anywhere on the vault keys themselves; only that Codex challenge tile will change.
Exact requirement vs. what you did
The challenge is wired to a specific unlock flag in the Graverobber challenge set, separate from the generic Cryo vault progress.
Simply having the keys or opening a prestige vault and then dying will not complete it; you need to satisfy the full condition shown on that tile (including successful exfil on a run where the condition is met).
Who gets credit
If a teammate opened the prestige vault or exfilled with the valuable and you did not, it’s possible their Codex progressed but yours didn’t.

Looking at Forsaken's video that is identical to my issue. I have completed multiple prestige vaults at this stage using my own keys and successfully exfiling from the map without dying and I still have not unlocked the codex entry. I've been trying to get the title and this is the final thing stopping me.
