Game start turns my ps5 off
Since the new update both times I tried to play cryo my ps5 shuts off as the game is about to start or while it's still searching for a game. I see others have similar problems but not sure how to fix it. Ps5 normally tells you when it's overheating so I doubt that's what it is.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your PS5 completely shuts down when going into Cryo Archive. To rule out any issues that may be coming from the game files, we'd recommend clearing your console's cache. If it fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
