Voice Chat support help
Not sure where to send this request, so let me know if there is somewhere better to post. My Daughter has started playing marathon with me and we have setup a new Bungie account for her, but even though she is 18, it is restricting her voice chat and not letting it be turned on. It says to go to bungie.net/permissions but there is no permission to update as she is 18 Not sure what to do.

Please ensure that the account is not considered a child account, as those accounts may be restricted from various social features.

Players who entered an incorrect Date of Birth can submit a ticket to have it corrected by using our Privacy Contact Form and selecting the “Correct My Data” option:
