Bug: CyAc VIP rank not granted until all rewards are claimed
CyAc does not grant the VIP rank when you reach the required progress. Instead, it shows “Rank 30, 0/0 rep” (as in my screenshot). The VIP rank is only applied after you claim all CyAc reward crates.
In my case, I did not want to claim the crates immediately because my inventory/storage was full. As a result, I stayed at “30/30, 0 rep” without actually receiving the VIP rank. To finally get the VIP rank, I had to claim all the crates, clear my storage by selling the items, and only then the VIP rank was given.
I also had to slowly take and sell each crate one by one, which is very inconvenient and wastes a lot of time.

Having reviewed the screenshot, we see that you still have several rank-up rewards packages to claim from CyAc. The final rank-up package should convert you to VIP, from what we understand. With this in mind, we encourage you to claim all your rank-up rewards. If you then continue to experience this, then please let us know, and we'll review.
